Generally, there is no limit. However, we recommend group sizes of 10 to 30 people to make the program as effective as possible. Our experience shows: This group size creates the best dynamic and the program still remains intimate enough.
No, you are not obliged to share personal information in front of others. The program is designed to provide valuable insights and learning opportunities, even if you do not actively participate. Personal questions can also be directed to us afterwards.
Generally yes, but success depends heavily on the corporate culture. In the program, everyone decides for themselves how much they want to disclose, and even if they are reluctant to participate, the participants will benefit from the content. Nevertheless, we recommend that management in particular use separate individual program to delve deeper into the subject matter. As a decision maker, you have a responsibility that can have far-reaching effects, both positive and negative. In addition, employees may feel uncomfortable or observed if they attend the same program as the management.
The program costs EUR 7,500.00 net for ten people. For each subsequent person, an additional EUR 750.00 net is charged. If there are fewer than ten people, the minimum amount of EUR 7,500.00 net applies. Travel expenses will be charged individually.
