No, special preparation is not necessary. You already carry everything you need to know within you. The program is about your personality, your wishes, goals and worries as well as your inner Genius, your triggers and your Ghost. We will identify all of this together.
The program is aimed at anyone who is striving for change - be it strengthening their own skills or dealing better with emotions. Everyone can benefit from this program. However, what you gain from it and the impact of the insights can vary from person to person. Coaching is often more complex for decision makers in particular, as their sphere of influence and the effects of their actions extend far beyond their personal circle. They often unconsciously influence others due to their role and responsibility.
Each participant receives a comprehensive program that is used during the program to capture insights. This book is not just for documentation purposes. Rather, it helps you to build on your insights and reflect on your own progress afterwards.
For decision makers, we offer additional support and coaching, as the changes resulting from the program can often have far-reaching consequences. The individual program costs EUR 7,500.00 net. Subsequent individual coaching costs EUR 2,500.00 net per day. Travel expenses will be charged individually.
