The »Genius Code«
The »Genius Code« is a coaching experience that enables you to recognize your personal potential. We all have a special talent, our Genius, within us. The challenge, however, is to decipher the code in order to unleash your Genius. If you know your inner strength, you will also understand what leads you there or distracts you from it. In order to live in harmony with yourself and your own brilliance, you must learn to recognize, understand and control certain mechanisms, the so-called “triggers”.
This ability allows you to control your emotions instead of being controlled by them. This allows you to focus on what really matters to you and what you excel at.
»Genius« is more than just a term. It is the embodiment of your true identity and the decoding of your personality, shaped by your past, your values, triggers and emotions. With this program, »Genius« becomes a mission for you.
Control
We are often controlled by our emotions and feel unable to act. By understanding the origin and cause of our personal triggers, we can use them to gain and maintain control.
Focus
Recognize your Genius and understand your actions in order to influence them in a targeted manner. This is the only way to achieve full focus on your strengths and realize your full potential.
Self-awareness
Don't be a football player on the basketball court. Find out who you really are in order to recognize your path. Only then you can develop your full potential and live in harmony with yourself and your actions.

The program is suitable for anyone who feels that something is missing in their life, who wants to understand their emotions better or who is unsure about their path in life. Anyone who wants to work on their personal development is very welcome.
No, you are not required to share personal information in front of others. The program is designed to provide you with valuable insights and learning opportunities, even if you do not actively participate. You can also ask us personal questions afterwards.
Yes, we offer group and individual programs. For groups, we recommend a minimum size of ten people. If you have any questions about the process, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The program provides you with the tools you need to understand your personality, control your emotions and work specifically on your strengths. These insights will help you to make lasting changes in your life.
The program fee for ten people is EUR 7,500.00 net. For each additional person, an added EUR 750.00 net is charged. If there are fewer than ten people, the minimum amount of EUR 7,500.00 net applies. Travel expenses will be charged individually.
